Refund policy

 

Fitggins will accept returns of unworn garments with the original tags, clear garment packaging, SKU label, purchase invoice and return authorization number. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (based on exact delivery time) of receiving all order items and shipped to us within 7 days of the return request to qualify for a full refund.

If this is a split package order, it will start from the date and time of delivery of the final package.

All swimwear, jumpsuits, underwear, jewelry, masks and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may refuse the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it was a shipping error or damaged item.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package for Fitggins to process it.
Fitggins will send you an email after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
